A one-year program divided into 4 courses to help participants acquire new skills to apply to their entrepreneurial ventures, or within organizations they may join, as well as transfer foundational knowledge and guide others in the methods and mindsets of design thinking, innovation, and leadership. Once participants have completed the four modules, they will be empowered to shape their futures by building both individual and community capabilities.
