Mr. Dotrus Wilstic is an experienced educationist with more than ten years’ experience both as a teacher and administrator. He holds a master degree in educational management and administration and has thorough knowledge of the functioning of tertiary institutions. He has made presentations in several local and international conferences and is an experienced workshop facilitator. He has a long experience working in Mogadishu, Somalia, understands the local culture and has participated in several local workshops and seminars.
