Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation
This studio-based* course engages students in developing the adaptive leadership skills and capacities needed to thrive in complex and changing environments. The focus is on leading through purpose, curiosity/beginner’s mindset, and the power of questions. Additionally, eight-core emotional skills that support engaged teams and a more productive and innovative work environment are explored. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to respond effectively to complex problems, shape strategy, accelerate innovation, nurture change, and motivate teams.

Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation
This studio-based* course enables students to practice different methodologies and frameworks rooted in the design thinking mindset of creative problem solving, such as lean start-up and design sprints. Systematic processes also will be explored for generating and validating ideas and new opportunities, building future scenarios, and – ultimately – triggering innovation. By the end of the course, students will understand the process of value creation from idea to implementation.

Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation
This studio-based* course introduces students to the fundamentals and value of design thinking — a human-centered approach to collaborative innovation.
Students will learn the history of design thinking and its application through participatory workshops and case studies are drawn from both commercial and social
sectors. By the end of the course, students will understand how to plan and facilitate the design thinking process in contemporary organizations.

Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation
This is the first of four courses for the Diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation. As each course increases the depth of learning of design thinking and design innovation theory and practice, they must be taken sequentially. Course 1 introduces the fundamentals of the design innovation process, at the heart of Design Thinking. Courses 2 and 3 go deeper into the methods and techniques through applied learning. The culmination of the series is the course in design leadership skills, necessary to become a design thinking leader, practitioner and/or educator.
